How can I create an account with Uniformtree.com?
You can create your account by providing your name and email Address.

How can I update information in the My Account section?
It is easy to update your account and have the most current information. "My Account" section on Uniformtree.com enables you to modify your details including your password.

Is it mandatory for me to have an account to shop on Uniformtree.com?
No, you can also place orders on our website as a Guest User. However, creating an account has a host of benefits as below.
An Account with Uniformtree.com allows you to be in control of all your transactions. You can:

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change your password
  • Track your order status

Payments

What are the different ways to pay for a purchase on Uniformtree.com?
We offer 2 payment methods

  • Paytm for Internet Banking, Credit Card and Debit Card, e-Wallet and Mobile payments
  • Cash on Delivery

What is Cash On Delivery and how does it work?
If you want to pay for items you purchased at the time of actual delivery then you need to select Cash On Delivery payment method. There will be an additional convenience fee of Rs.50 OR 2.5% of the total value whichever is higher, levied to the final invoice.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card / Debit Card on Uniformtree.com?
Your transaction details will be kept confidential by Uniformtree’s trusted payment gateway partner i.e. Paytm.
Paytm is ”VERIFIED by VISA”, “MasterCard SecureCode” and "PCI DSS Compliant" which ensure the highest standards of safety and security for your payment information.

I just made a payment but it did not go through. What can I do?
Please ensure that all details are correct and retry making the payment. Alternatively, you can use Cash On Delivery method if your attempts to pay online fail multiple times. In case you account is debited after a payment failure, we will reverse the payment within 15 business days, after we get a confirmation from our bank.

Cancellations

Can I cancel an order? How?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped / dispatched by contacting our customer care via email or phone.

Your money will be refunded through same mode you used during placing the order. In case of Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking, money will be refunded to your account within 10 to 15 days of order cancellation.

Returns and Exchange

What is Uniformtree's return policy?
You may return your order any time within 7 days starting from the day when you received the order and we will process the return absolutely free and refund the full amount of your order including the shipping cost. We are happy to offer returns and exchanges in case of the following:

  • The product you received is defective.
  • The product you received does not match the description on Uniformtree.com.
  • The product you received is of a different size from the size that you ordered.
  • The product you bought does not match uniform specification of the school.

Please contact our customer care or initiate the return request from the "My Account" section on Uniformtree.com. You can ship the product to our office and get a refund of the shipping cost or we can arrange for a product pick up from your location. In case of exchanges, please cancel your existing order and place a new order on Uniformtree.com for a smoother processing. Please ensure that the product is in its original state with packing, all labels, invoice, price tags, etc. We will initiate the refund process, once the product is received.

What is Uniformtree's exchange policy?
Uniformtree's exchange policy offers the option to exchange any item purchased within 7 days starting from the date of receipt of your order. We are happy to offer exchanges in case of the following:

  • The product you received is defective.
  • The product you received does not match the description on Uniformtree.com.
  • The product you received is of a different size from the size that you ordered.
  • The product you bought does not match uniform specification of the school.

You can ship the product to our office and get a refund of the shipping cost or we can arrange for a product pick up from your location. You can contact our customer service or initiate the exchange request from the "My Account" section on Uniformtree.com or cancel your order and place a new one . Please note that exchange of a product is subject to available of the product in the seller's stock. Please ensure that the product is in its original state with packing, all labels, invoice, price tags, etc. We will initiate the exchange process, once the product is received.

When are returns or exchange not possible?
We are happy to accept returns of unused items within 7 days starting from the day you have received the order. If its more than 7 days or items are used then we can’t accept hence can’t initiate a return or exchange.

I have requested an exchange but have now changed my mind and decided to retain the product. How Can I do this?
Please contact our customer care via email or phone and they will be happy to assist you on this.

When will I receive the refund for the order that I returned?
Your money will be refunded through same mode you used during placing the order. In case of Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking, money will be refunded to your account within 10 to 15 days of us receiving the products. You can always contact our customer care in case of any query or concern and we will be glad to assist you.

Would I be charged any fees for returning a product (example: Shipping Cost etc.)?
No if returned product is in its original state with packing, all labels, invoice, price tags, etc.
In case of self shipment for return or exchange, we will also refund the complete shipping cost on receipt of the invoice. We will initiate the refund process, once the product is received.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify the order before it is dispatched or shipped. However, there might be a delay in processing the modified order.

I placed an order and have now shifted to a new home. Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can modify the order before it is processed for shipping. However, there might be a delay in processing the modified order. Once, shipped / dispatched, please contact our shipping partner Delhivery and request them to deliver to the new address.

Refunds

I have returned the full or part of my order, how do I get my refund?
